How H1B visa petition while on F1 visa

Hi, I have 5+ yrs of experience in IT field, similar to last year[2013-2014] my employer filed a H1B petition for this year [2014-2015], H1B process started in the month of February,2014.

 

After fews days in the month of March,2104 my colleagues suggested me to do MS in US. So, I just recently got my student visa and pursuing my MS-CS in a xxxxxx University, currently in first semister.

 

What if my H1B petition is successful in the month of April/May/June 2014:

 

- Can I continue the MS course on F1 Visa and after completion of MS, I have to apply for COS to H1B

 

or

 

- Can I apply for COS to H1B and complete the MS from the same University as part-time.

 

Please suggest me on the same.
