H1B Transfer and H4 filed. H4 receipt recieved. H1 receipt is not received

My H1B Transfer and H4 peitions were filed on Marhc 20 through rehular processing. I have fedex confirmation that they received the documents on March 20. I received the H4 receipt on March 24. But My emplyer says he has not received H1b receipt yet. Its been 3 weeks as of today. Is this something to worry about?

Possibly. Employer has to contact USCIS.
