I140 disapproved

I was in EB3 April 2002 Priority date. I received my labour clearance, and EAD in March 2008. Later in 2009, my I140 got revoked and everything else became void. My new priority date is EB2 Nov. 2010. Is there any way I can catch up my old priority date? Thanks in advance.

Unless your I-140 was revoked due to fraud you can retain priority date.
