rajesh.padarthi Posted April 9, 2014 Report Share Posted April 9, 2014 Hi all, Need your inputs on below My friend parents went for B2 stamping in India , and the VO asked how many kids do you have? and they have informed only one and we are going to visit him in US and immediately informed that we cannot issue visa at this moment How far the chances are good to reject the visa , if parents are having only one child. please help me on this. My wife is the only daughter to her parents and they got a visa with no issues. Ask your friend to take the help of an attorney. Link to comment

It's not about the only child, its about the purpose of the visit. Visiting visa is issued to visit US, not for visiting non immigrant relatives. Link to comment
