W2 amount is less than LCA - Need urgent Advise

Hi Friends

I am in big mess right, my new employer has files transfer, and RFE issued , asking question

WHY W2 AMOUNT IS LESS THAN LCA?

 

I already submitted my W2 during the transfer application and i assume that VO has pulled out LCA .

 

my w2 amount is less that LCA, LCA aprroved for 50,000 and w2 is 48,000

 

now what should be reasonable answer in  RFE reply? please help me .

If you are paid less than LCA then you are out of status. Your only option would be is to file a complaint against current employer with DOL.
