W2 amount is less than LCA - Need urgent Advise

Dear friends

I am in big mess right, my new employer had filed my transfer, i already submitted my W2 during the transfer  application, now RFE came out and asking questions,

why w2 amount is less than LCA?

I assume that VO has pulled out my LCA and matched with current W2.

 

LCA approved for $50,000 and w2 showing $48000,its $2000 less than LCA

 

Please advise me that what would be reasonable answer should submit in RFE. Any one is in same boat?

If you are paid less than LCA then you are out of status. Filing a complaint with DOL against current employer is the only option.

Did you ask your employer why it's less??
