Hi,

  I've a question on fund transfer legal limits  for F-1 Visa, one of my relative (not having same surname/lastname) is currently working in US on work permit visa H1, He is pursuing higher education and looking for some funds to be transferred to his account for F1 visa processing.  I am on H1, will there be any issues related to fund transfers during my visa stamping. What are the legal limits of money transfers.

 Any advise is highly appreciated.

Temporarily transferring funds to his account for the visa interview in fraud.  Unless the funds are an irrevocable gift, don't do it. (Certainly don't expect him to return it if the bank is in the US unless you have an enforceable contract which would prove it is not a gift but attempted fraud.)
