H1B RFE 'Right to Control'

I got RFE on 26th March for following

1) Proof her job is a specialty occupation

2) Right to control issues

 

 

For any of the above queries , should my attorney be sending Client letters (Which specifically mentions that right to control is with my employer and not with client).

 

Attorney haven't asked for my client letter as yet, hence the question.

Attorney's are still working on it. So  have no clue as yet. Can someone please suggest as in which documents my attorney's should be sending for both the queries.

The fact that attorneys did not send my client letters while filing my H1 Ext at first place puts me in doubt about their knowledge. Hence trying to collect the facts by myself. Thanks.

You need to submit the client letter if you are working at client location.
