desitousa Posted April 8, 2014 Report Share Posted April 8, 2014 Hi, My H1 visa (Employer A)expires in 5/20/2014.Applied for visa transfer on 4/7/2014 to Employer B in Premium processing.Supposed to get the response in 15 days.Will this process be impacted/delayed due to the visa processing for FY2015? USCIS announced to begin PP by 4/28/2014 for FY2015.I am concerned about the below link from USCIS. http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-begin-premium-processing-h-1b-cap-subject-petitions-april-28-2014 Thanks in advance! The 15-day processing period for premium processing service for H-1B petitions that are not subject to the cap, or for any other eligible classification, continues to begin on the date that the request is received.
