H1B Maxout

Hi, My wife's H1-B VISA is maxing out on April. i.e she is completing 6 years on H1. I am planning to move her to F1 VISA for further studies. My question is, after her studies, can she move back to H1 again or will a one year abroad requirement will still apply?

Tough to get F1 after spending 6 years on H1B. She needs to stay outside US for a year before a cap subject H1B petition could be filed.

First, for an F1, she need to have a home abroad that she intends to return to.

Second, for a new H1, she would have to be abroad for a year.
