newuser21
Hi, My last employer A filed my GC, I had my labor approved and I-140 approved in early 2013. It precisely ended my first 6 years of h1b. Last year I changed my job and joined company B. Started 7th year of H1b based on previous company A's I-140 approval. Now can I join new company C Based on the same I-140 approval to get new H1b extension and proceed to new GC processing? Do I need a new I-140 done from company B before I can change to a new employer? Thanks Link to comment

Employer C can initiate GC process anytime and is not dependent on employer B. Link to comment
