My Case as follows :

 

I have attended my H1b Interview on 31st Dec 2013 at Chennai US Counslate and i got 22g blue slip which says the Administrative Processing.

 

   i have waited for 2 months on 8th March 2013 i got the refusal letter from Chennai US Consulate and sent to USCIS for further review.

 

  And now the co0ntrol is back to USCIS so When am checking the receipt number on USCIS website i got the update like below 

 

Post Decision Activity

On April 1, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

 

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

 

 

 

So what is Next step could be please help me on this.????????????

Hi Dhinesh,

 

My H1B case is also similar to your case.  I have attended h1b visa interview in Feb 2014, 221g blue slip - refusal- again rfe- and now on october 2014 it is reaffirmed like yours.  I have scan copy abt reaffirmation.  Now whats next? please share ur views....my mail id is *****************@gmail.com
