I have a job offer from company "X" starting from May 12th and another job offer from company "Y" starting from June 2nd. I am currently in India. I will be applying for an expedite request using my job offer starting on May 12th. The company whose job offer is starting on June 2nd, went ahead an applied for my H1B under Masters quota. If my OPT comes in before May 12th, will I be able to join the company "X". Am I legally obligated to join the company Y that has filed for my H1b ? Link to comment

If you have signed any contract with company Y then you are bound to it. Link to comment
