Can my company apply L1A

Hi, 

 

Presently in Bangalore working for (say) company 'A'. 

 

US consultant (say) company 'B' has filled for H1B. It's under process.

 

Now company 'A' need to file L1A for me. 

 

Can someone pl tell me :

 

1. Will L1A processing request impact under process H1B?

2. What will be the best way to proceed in this situation.
