mvmu
Hi , One of my friend has a complicated H1B scenario and request your help. Here is the scenario : He got his H1B in 2007 and didnt travel to US till date because of some personal issues . Now that his issues are clear , he wants to invoke his H1B . The employer who sponsered the H1 is not accessible now and my friend is looking to understand if he can invoke the visa through any other employer . In any case what are the options and complexities involved in this ? Kindly advice. Thanks in advance for the help. Regards, mvmu Link to comment

On approval he can travel to US with a valid H1B visa and I797 to start working for employer. Link to comment
