Hi

I am currently in US and my non premium H1B amendment is in Initial Review status from March 3rd. Can you please tell me how much time would USCIS take to complete the process. I heard that now there are more chances tof getting RFE. I need to travel to Australia and India by June for 3 weeks. My I94 is expiring by 29 September and I need to apply for H1B Extension. In this situation can you please tell me whether I can travel outside of US. Thanks for all your support.
