Triumph Posted April 4, 2014 Report Share Posted April 4, 2014 Hi All, Basically I am an Indian, working in Mexico for Employer A.I have stamped H1B visa( valid till sept 2014) and Would like to know whether can I apply H4 for my wife in US embassy which is in Mexico or do we need to travel to India to get stamped for H4 visa? If she is in mexico with you, I guess she can. But better contact embassy before you take an appointment. Link to comment
