abir28 Posted April 3, 2014 Report Share Posted April 3, 2014 1)Can I travel to india while H1 transfer is going from company A to company B(new employer) in premium processing,What documents would I need while coming back to USA.? 2)Further when I entered USA the I-94 system was there but now it has been removed so would it affect my transfer if i travel to india.? Any answer would be appreciated 1. Yes. Valid H1B visa and new employer's I797 (if you are entering to work for new employer). 2. No effect. No more paper I94. Only online I94. Link to comment
