H4 dependent travelling with previous employer

Hi 

 

My Family will be travelling to US  in a month and their H4 visa is valid upto 2015.Now i am getting offers to join to new company.

 

If my new employer apply for H1B transfer in normal processing i might receive a receipt number.

 

if i accept the offer and Join the new company Can my family travel with H4 visa stamped with old employer and old I797 when i am working for new company ?

 

Can i work with new company with receipt number ?
