H1B petition for 2014 applied w/ Incorrect I-94 details

Hi All,

 

I’m in F1 visa and currently working in OPT. My employer filed for my H1B in 2014 quota. When browsing thru I-129 Petition, I found that my employer has entered my old I-94 details.  Will this impact my H1B decision – Approval or Denial?  Will it be possible for me to get this corrected? If yes, do I need to do a fresh filing again?

Filed in 2014 quota and the petition is still pending for a decision? I94 details will not affect H1B petition decision. But, you would need to exit and enter US with a H1B visa and I797 to get the record straight

Do you really mean 2014 quota? That was last year.

This year is for the 2015 quota. The US fiscal year 2015 starts on Oct. 1, 2014.
