chandsraj Posted April 2, 2014 Report Share Posted April 2, 2014 I got email from my attorney today that, got RFE on I129 and they are asking from my CV. Did anybody come across or heard about that. Though I sent the updated CV to attorney, but little concernced what will be next steps. My attorney told that they going to file for my H1b amendment and extension( Valid till april-2015) both. Amendment because I changed Client location (A to B) I filed for premium processing due to travelling plans in May2014. Any feedback is appreciated Thanks Link to comment
