Continuation of F1 OPT while H1B being processed & approved

Hi ,

 

I'm currently employed with Company A under my F1 OPT. The company has filed my H1B petition (Premium Processing)  for this FY 2015, while my OPT is valid till Aug 29th 2014 and can be extended up to another 17 months under STEM. I'm not interested in this job and planning to move to a different company in another state.

 

(1)If my H1B is approved, and my current employer withdraws the petition, can I work on OPT for company B ?

 

(2)If I my H1b get denied, can I move to company B and work on OPT ?
