ksg015
Hi all, My H1B 6-yr period expires on 10-31-2014. PERM was filed on 10-29-2013 and is in process currently. I am expecting for it to be approved within two months from now. In that case, if I file for I-140 then without premium, and if it is not approved till about a month within the date of my H1B expiry, am I eligible to file for H1B extension into the 7th year? Please let me know. Thanks! Link to comment
