Move from H4 Visa to Ead status

Hello, 

I am on H4 visa and also have an EAD card. I am looking for a job and I want to move from H4 visa to Ead card. 
I also have my Social Security Number. I have the following questions 

1. What is the procedure to move from H4 to Ead card? 
2. Is there any paper work that needs to be done before accepting a job offer?

There is nothing to move.

As soon as you use the EAD, i.e., start working, you are no longer on H4.

When you start working, you need to fill out form I-9 (everybody, including US citizens, has to fill out that form when working), and you show the EAD card to the employer. That's it.
