H1B Exipring on Sep 31st 2014

Hello,

 

can anyone provide help me with the below situation.?

 

I have my stamping till Sept 31st 2014.(I got only one year).

 

I wanted to go to India in August.With the same employer who got my H1B now, I will apply for the extension in June or July. If I got the approval. Can I go to India ?

 

The reason is I do not want to go to stamping again.

 

And to enter in USA, how many days we need to have in our VISA validity.(Lets say If I go in August and come back in August ending ) I will have only 1 month validity. is it ok to Enter ? 

 

And as I said, if I get the extension, Still my first H1B stamping is valid to go to India ?
