My husband is on H1b, my question is Can I be my husband's dependent on H4 in case the waiver takes longer for the entire processing. In other words- Can I be my husband's dependent in the scenario of waiver getting delayed. Looking forward to the reply thanks in advance! Link to comment

As far as I know, you HAVE to get a J1 waiver before you can be converted to other visa type. Please get the waiver first. Please do not be in any hurry. Get your J1 waiver first. Link to comment
