2 LCA from 2 Employer at the same time - Is it an issue?

Hello,

I just wanted to confirm if it is OK to have 2 different companies apply for LCA certification around the same time for E3 visa. I have job offers from 2 companies, company A has the LCA certified and company B has the LCA certification in progress. Both are for E3 visa.

 

The companies are at different locations.

Generally speaking, multiple employers can sponsor the same individual.
