surya2013 Posted March 27, 2014 Report Share Posted March 27, 2014 Recently I called USCIS regarding EAD which is based on pending I-485 after 81 days of filing. But today (83rd day) I got a mail stating that..."We are unable to expedite your application at this time as this is case is undergoing additional review and requires a longer processing time than normal"Anyone has idea what does additional review means. Any options to expedite I-765 application ?.My non-immigrant visa expired recently so I am not working at this moment. But, still I have the same job offer. So waiting for EAD.Please advice me.
