i-129 question on multiple i-140s

cap subject h1 is being filed by employer A. an I-140 filed by employer A was denied two years back. in I-129 question "have you ever filed a immigrant petition for this beneficiary" employer A will mention I-140 denial details. but I have another I-140 approved from different employer B 6 months back. does employer a need to include details of approved I-140 from another employer b or is it not needed since it is from a different employer.
