I have worked for 2 months and then I have moved to the new client in florida with the same employer.My Employer applied H1 ammendment and got rfe. If the ammendment was denied, does my H1B is still valid? Can I go back and work for the IN-HOUSE project. Thank you. Link to comment

Yes, your H1B petition is still valid and you can work for your employer for in-house project. What is the RFE about? Link to comment

Rfe is regarding the LCA. My LCA date is nov5 and I am working at the client location from nov1 Link to comment
