tazo
Hi All, My wife is planning to get back to college after she moved to US on H4. She is planning to start from Spring 2015 and she will get her I-20 by October or November 2014 and my I-140 will be approved by then. I have some questions regarding stamping 1. Will my I-140 approval be a problem for stamping ? 2. Is it better to get COS from within US and then go for stamping in india ? 3. Going to canada for F1 stamping help anyway or same risks apply as in India ? 4. Postponing trip to India after completing a semester of course work help not dening the stamping ? 5. Wht would be the potential questions for this interview (H4 to F1) ? Thanks for your help. Link to comment
