I have approved i140 and my wife is on student visa.

Is it possible to add her in my gc process, if she get job on tn visa.

First off, a spouse is not "added."

When your PD is current, your spouse can file an I-485 as dependent based on your I-140.

Second, the TN does not allow immigration intent. While you having an I-140 technically doesn't mean your spouse has immigration intent, it is pretty hard to argue that your spouse would return to Canada when you have the intent to immigrate... The same applies to the F1, of course.

You should discuss your particular situation with a good immigration lawyer.
