pinky78666502 Posted March 25, 2014 Report Share Posted March 25, 2014 Im a F1 student and i applied for reinstatement that got denied(I-539).Then i reopened the case which again got denied I-290B and the reason they gave is insufficient documents wat should i do.Please reply as soon as possible. Prepare to leave the country asap. Before that talk to an attorney if you have not taken the help of one. If you have been helped by an attorney and still denied then leave US immediately.
