Perm denail notice

Applied on may 5th  today We received a denial of the PERM Application today. USDOL says they sent an Audit Notification and were given until January 2014 to respond, however we never received this notice. Lawyer emailed the USDOL requesting they void the denial and re-send the audit since we never received the first one. I will let you know how we need to proceed once we receive a response to this email request.

 

Is their any any chances of getting approval from USDOL.

 

Please some one advice me how to proceed.
