Sri123greets
hi All, I got a valid H1B visa stamping with Company A in my Passport until Sep 2016 , but i got a new job Company B started my transfer my H1B in Premium. I got an RFE now.. My question are: 1. I already joined Company B with Receipt number filed .Havent informed my employer i said i am taking a 6 weeks break to india for my marriage. 2. Do i inform my Company A employer until my H1B is approved ? 3. My RFE is pending from company B,but i have the situation to travel outside USA for 3 weeks for my marriage. 4. If i travel outside USA, with RFE status pending or transfer gets denied, can i travel back with my old Valid stamping Visa with company A, irrespective of RFE status? Please let me know you valid inputs ASAP. Link to comment

You can come back with company A's documents as long as your job is still there and company A has not revoked your petition. Link to comment
Sri123greets
yes, since i haven't resign from company A, they will maintain the status and run my pay cheque. Because once i get get approved h1B transfer then only i can resign from company A. Link to comment
