H1B stamping due

Hello,

 

I will be going out of USA and I am due for H1B stamping. My employer has not shared any H1B information so far. He just promised that he will send papers in time.

I am concerned about advanced Interview slots booking and told him i would need it but in vain.

 

what are my options here?

You would need all relevant H1B documents that include I797 to attend a H1B visa interview. If employer is not willing to share move to a good employer.

Join a non DCC

Obviously you can't have an appointment without H1 documents. Do you atleast have your 797 number?

You cannot attend interview without LCA and H1 petition.
