In how many days should leave US You need to leave US immediately. Based on the reason for denial your employer's attorney would advise you whether there is an option for an appeal. Even if appealed you have to leave US as it does not provide you any status to stay in US. Link to comment

In how many days should leave US Options : COS to B2 or dependent status Your employer can file MTR, but that ALL depends on why your H1 was rejected. Once rejected you have zero days to stay in US legally, so file COS immediately. Link to comment
