t75
Do NOT lie. Your current full-time job is not connected to the reason for your visit. If your contract with your current employer does not permit outside employment, you need to choose. Otherwise, why do you care if your current employer knows you have another employer? JoeF
I am not going for working, it is business training and workshops My only concern is with doing full time job and part time employment that effects b1 visa It would be for the US company, and you can NOT do that on B1. It would be unauthorized work. On B1, you can only attend meetings and the like for a foreign employer, NOT for a US employer. Link to comment
t75
Does your employer approve of your involvement in this? If not, you are really foolish to risk your source of income on something that has a high probability of failure. Link to comment
