I am from India, age 33 working in Software Industry

Here is my information

1. Married, No Child

2. Working in Software Industry since 9 years+ with full time with permanent job

3. Am also working as Part time/freelance for US Start-up, Total 3 employees, me, founder, other employee,  This company as of now no funding, but  this company shortlisted for one of start up accelerator program in US. This accelerator company provide funding for all three employees of start up company.  Activities of this program include workshops, conferences, mentor meetings, developer coding training, peer-to-peer meetings and social events. This company invited me to participate in this program for 3 months and they will reimburse my travel + accommodation cost on receipt submission.

Now I am planning to come to US on business visa for 3 months training for start up company, So i am going to apply for 3 months leave in my full time company as i said above in #2.

My Questions

1. What documents i need to take for India consular interview?

2. How do i convenience to US Consulate about my freelance and full time work?

3. How can I tell to consulate that current full job is  linked with your visit?

4. US consulate do any verification with my current employer as it cause concern to me.

Do NOT lie. Your current full-time job is not connected to the reason for your visit. If your contract with your current employer does not permit outside employment, you need to choose. Otherwise, why do you care if your current employer knows you have another employer?

I am not going for working, it is business training and workshops

My only concern is with doing full time job and part time employment that effects b1 visa

It would be for the US company, and you can NOT do that on B1.

It would be unauthorized work.

On B1, you can only attend meetings and the like for a foreign employer, NOT for a US employer.
