Incorrect DOB in i94 while applying b2 visitor visa extension

Hi, 

 

When applying for b2 visitor visa extension, I had entered incorrect DOB information in i-539. My extension got approved and i94 also has incorrect DOB.

 

1. Do I need to file Form I-102 for changing the DOB. Is it necessary? Since i am planning travel out of USA in next month.

 

2. If i did not file I-202, will there be any problem while moving out of USA and coming back.
