Company B did H1b transfer and its in RFE now,meanwhile approved petition is revoked. Can Company C apply for h1b transfer again, since already h1b transfer is in RFE with company B. Link to comment

Yes, company C can file a cap exempt H1B petition. It would be considered as a bridge petition. Link to comment
