I'm into my 6th year of H1b, and have I140 approved. What are my options? If I open an MTR for denied case will that keep my status while I'm working for the same company and same client? Can I apply for new H1B extension petition with the same company? Can I transfer my H1B to a new company? Please shed some light, your help is appreciated. Thanks Link to comment

MTR does not provide you any status. What difference would it make as it was denied earlier? Yes. Link to comment
