Switching jobs using AC-21, should I retain a lawyer

Hello,

I am on EAD pending 485 approval - EB2,priority date Aug 2008 and currently working for the same employer for 6 years. My 485 has been pending for 2 years. I now have a job offer and the new company is willing to file AC-21. I was thinking If I should be proactive and retain a lawyer (like Murthy) until my GC is approved or should I just wait and retain a lawyer only if there is an RFE. Experts do you have any suggestions? People in same or similar situations, did any of you all retain lawyers?
