rohith007
Recently I got a speeding ticket for Excessive speeding and reckless driving. If I am convicted under this case will they deport me to my home land will there be any issue if I am processing Green card or citizen ship. does both reckless driving and excessive considered to be serious criminal offenses?? JoeF
Reckless driving is more serious than a "normal" speeding ticket. See a good criminal and a good immigration lawyer ASAP. Link to comment

JoeF
By the way this is my first offense and I do have a reason. My mom was not feeling well. That is not a reason to drive that fast. If she had a medical issue, stopping and calling 911 would have been the correct course of action. Link to comment

Jill Why in the world are you trying to pick a fight with me??? Nothing better to do? Only a LAWYER can answer his questions. I have told the OP right away to see a good criminal and immigration lawyer. Please READ my posts before making a fool of yourself. Thank you. Link to comment

Jill If OP's mom really had any medical issues...then OP should have called 911. That excuse of driving fast because his mom is not is not well doesn't go good when you explain it to the Cops.
