Beacuse CPT is not for FT Employment whereas on OPT you can work as FTE for ANY employer if the job is related to your degree. Link to comment
JoeF Posted March 17, 2014 Report Share Posted March 17, 2014 On F1, you are supposed to study. In 99% of cases, CPT is abuse of the F1 rules. Abuse of CPT will result in killing the career in the US, so that's what you should be worried about. Link to comment

Your question is too vague for an answer since "full employment benefit" can have many meanings. CPT MUST be art of an established curriculem and not just for working an arbitrary job.
