They even approved my change of status from B1 to H1B with H1B I-94. After i get the approval with H1B I-94, i started working. Since 5months I have been working in project, now I have 4paystubs with me. I am planning to send my wife for H4 stamping in India. How are the chances of getting H4 visa if my wife goes for stamping in India? Please let me know if she faces any issues because of change of status from B1 to H1B. Link to comment

I have seen some instances where H4 visa has been put on admin processing / denied stating that person switched his status from L1 to H1. Final decision is yours.
