Later, in Jan 2014 my company headquarter is shifted from one city to another city but in Same County; So my attorney re-filed PWD with saying PWD should correspond with correct Company address. Is this right step to do? or is there anyway to update original request with new address? Else, in current case 2 months time is lost. Link to comment
Attorney_15 Posted March 17, 2014 Report Share Posted March 17, 2014 The PWD form has different places for a company's address, for different reasons. If the company's address is where the work will be performed then the PWD may no longer be valid. Yet even then, in some instances, it could be possible that a new PWD might not be necessary. You would need more information in order to understand whether this step is/not necessary, as you have been advised. Link to comment
