H1B stamping question for folks who went to Jamaica

Hello !!

 

I am planning to go to Kingston for my H1 visa. My spouse has a valid H4 visa till September end. Would there be questions if I go alone for the visa interview without taking my dependent ? Did anyone go to Kingston for H1b visa interview alone (without dependents) and did they encounter issues ?

Hi

  May be there is a possibility that they might ask you that quesiton, i did attend my H1 interview in Jamaica they did not ask me anything about my dependent

 But if in case they ask you you can tell may be your spouse has plans on getting it stamped when he goes to India and you on the other hand dont have much of a leave left to get it done when you visit India.
