We are planning to send my In-laws for B2 visa.My wife has one sibling (younger brother) who is in Australia. were there any cases of VISA being rejected if both children are out side of india. my father-in-law's parent still live in India and they have agriculture and residential properties to show there bond with the home country. Please advise. They need to show strong ties to home country and intention to return back. Both me and my bro were abroad when my parents filed for a B2 visa and they got it without any hassle.
