Vd2621 Posted March 14, 2014 Report Share Posted March 14, 2014 I am currently on h4 visa expiring in Nov 2014 and my husband is in the process of getting his labour certification. I am planning on enrolling in a Masters program and would like to know the process and requirements for COS from H4 to F visa. Can I start the degree on H4 and wait for the COS to be approved in the meantime. Please guide me with the correct procedure. Link to comment
