I have to travel to France in August but I can't go to India before that to get my H1 stamped. Can I still travel to France and come back to US on valid F1 visa or would first require the H1 to get stamped by going to India? Link to comment

Yes, you can return back as long as your F1 visa and other relevant documents are valid. Link to comment
